This 6-week class is a combination of cardio-kickboxing, toning, weight-lifting, yoga & Pilates for women.  Program will focus on abs, arms, glutes, hips & thighs.  Help get rid of extra pounds and stay in shape while improving strength, fitness, flexibility & coordination.  Instruction by: MeriTerese Racanelli, MS.  Limit is 20 per class.
