Cardio-Kickboxing Register View Cart

This 6-week class is designed to help you burn calories, lose weight and use muscles that you do not use during everyday activities.  Cardio-kickboxing classes begin with light stretching and warm-up exercises.  Then the instructor will guide you through numerous punch-kick combinations to keep your body warm and active to fun music. Instruction by: MeriTerese Racanelli, MS. Limit is 20 per class.
