A great class whether you’re just starting out new to exercise, or are looking for a great workout to help strengthen, tone and firm your lower body.  Classes use a variety of fun physical movements from resistance training workouts, Pilates, yoga, plyometric, dance, and cutting edge aerobics focused on toning and shaping your Ab, Buttock & Thigh muscles.  Exercises can be done with or without equipment.  This class is full of energy, great music and a fusion of lower body exercises for a positive fun experience.  This class is also suitable for men.  Instruction by: MeriTerese Racanelli, MS.  Limit is 16 per class.
