Join City Green at Schultheis Farm this summer! Together we will care for the farm animals, explore the gardens and make connections to the natural world around us. Activities will include gardening, feeding chickens and goats, community-building games, arts and crafts, and nature-based activities.This is a drop-off and go program fully conducted outdoors. Participants are limited to one (1) session only. All of the sessions are a repeat of the same activities, crafts, games etc. Please select the session that best suits your schedule. Pre-registration online is required. Registration closes the Friday before each session begins at 12 noon if space is still available. Instruction by: City Green. Limit is 15 per camp session.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9 am - 11 am
Session 1: July 8th-19th
Session 2: July 22nd-August 2nd
Session 3: August 5th - August 16th
If there are any cancellations throughout your registered session due to weather or conflict, there will be make-up days. Dates to be announced by camp instructors.
Health & Safety Requirements:
Face coverings are optional. While this establishment no longer requires masks to enter, please be kind to those who choose to wear a mask.
Participants are required to bring enough water bottles to last during class.
Please stay home if you have any viral symptoms or have been exposed to the virus - self isolate.
In the event that the program is closed due to a health emergency, participant will receive a partial refund for the days the program is required to be closed.
Hand washing / hand sanitizing will take place at the beginning and end of class. Feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer.
Respiratory etiquette for coughing, sneezing and nose blowing will be encouraged at all times. Practice and encourage these health guidelines at home.
Be sure to thoroughly wash hands, for at least 20 seconds, when you return home.
Instructors/staff will clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects throughout the day.
