This specially designed beginner CrossFit class is geared to challenge you!  Training sessions consist of a variety of exercises using traditional and non-traditional equipment. Use your own body weight as well as kettlebells, battle ropes, tires, sleds, medicine balls and other tools to build yourself into a STRONGER, HEALTHIER and More CONFIDENT SELF.  This program is designed for beginners (experienced participants are welcomed).  No senior discount available for this class. Instruction by: Mike Soto, Crossover Training & Fitness.  Limit is 40 per class.
