Save time this holiday season and make a tasty, low sodium side dish & mini pumpkin pie desserts (100 cal.) to help the waistline. Sample the delicious foods, while learning how to make various well-balanced dishes that take 25 minutes or less to make in this 2 hour workshop. This workshop is geared to help participants learn about cooking food and eating to benefit weight loss and management and how to help reduce high blood pressure and the risk for diabetes, especially around the holidays. All participants receive a copy of the recipes and a goody bag with sample ingredients to make the dishes at home. This is a fun educational class for those who don't have a lot of time to cook; those who don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and those who are looking to improve their diet to more healthy alternatives. This is a great way to get teens cooking in the kitchen as well. Recipes are gluten free. Senior discount does not apply to this class. Instruction by: Meriterese Racanelli. Limit is 20 per class.
