Be Light, Be Golden: Meditation - Teen & Adult

Learn to meditate. In these 6 sessions, you can experience a feeling of lightness, more clarity, inner-peace, stillness, and relaxation. Each class will offer a new experience. Meditation can help you become more focused and aware, and you can have more clarity of your thoughts and emotions. Together we will explore the following meditation practices:

Breathing Meditation - to develop mindfulness and cultivate inner peace.
Self-healing Meditation - use affirmations and visualization techniques to feel physically and emotionally better.
Mantra Meditation - practice mantras to attain higher states of consciousness and increase our positive energy.
Forgiveness Meditation - to help heal and let go of our past.
Gratitude Meditation - gratitude is one of the highest states of consciousness. Practicing gratitude regularly can help us to be more aware of the good in our life and give us better perspective 
Meditation on Twin Hearts - based on the teachings of Master Choa Kok Sui. This unique meditation is one of the most effective meditations in having a happier more peaceful life. 

Instruction by: Nick Te Nyenhuis.  Limit is 14 per class.
