Track & Field - Youth & Teen

This 6-week track and field program introduces and develops the skills required for young people to excel in track and field.  Practices will include dynamic stretching, strength and speed training.  Athletes will have the opportunity to train with highly qualified and accomplished coaches in track and field events, including sprints, distances, throws, jumps and hurdles.  Instruction by: Clifton High School Track Team Staff.  Limit is 50 per class.
