Parkour Basics

Jump into the exciting new sport of Parkour! Also known as free-running, participants will learn basic techniques like precision jumps, rolls and flips in order to move through-over-under obstacles with style and grace. Instruction by: Randy Guzman.  Limit is: 12 per class.
