IM=X Pilates helps to increase strength and flexibility for improvement in overall health and well being. Participants should bring a yoga mat, water and wear exercise clothing. Clients must be able to exercise while laying on the floor. No senior discount available for this class. Instruction by: Dr. Matthew Pozzebon, DC of Pure Balance Center. Limit is 18 per class.
