Enjoy a fun-filled week of ultimate frisbee and catch some frisbee fever! Learn the fundamentals that surround the sport including throwing, cutting, defensive strategy, and agility.  Make sure to come with cleats (if you have) or sneakers, sunscreen/bug spray, and enough water to keep you hydrated. Great introduction to the sport. Instruction by: Josh Solomon.  Limit is 8 per camp.
