Children derive enormous benefits from yoga; it enhances flexibility, strength, coordination, concentration, calmness, self-esteem, and so much more.  Yoga is a non-competitive form of exercise, teaching self-control, enhancing focus and awareness.  A yoga mat is needed for practice.  Parents must sign an additional waiver at the first class.  Instruction by: Sharon Prawetz, Blooming Minds Yoga.  Limit is 12 per class.
